This website has been created to provide information pertaining to commercial real estate, especially for those considering investing in real estate for the first time. This is provided by the Canadian Commercial Council of REALTORS® (CCC) a council of The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). You can contact us at info@crea.ca.

The CCC represents commercial REALTOR® members of CREA including affiliated commercial organizations. The Council works to serve the needs of commercial practitioner members, and on their behalf develops products and services, technology initiatives, public policy advocacy, education, research, and legal analysis. These are part of the value added when you use the services of a commercial REALTOR®.

The members of the Canadian Commercial Council of REALTORS® adhere to a strict set of admission criteria, and only those who have met the standards established by their peers are eligible to become members.

Commercial members know the intricacies of buying, selling or leasing property, from space planning, zoning information, dealing with municipal governments, environmental concerns, construction, tax assessments, appraisals, financing and market values, to detailed paperwork and closing procedures. Commercial REALTORS have agreed to act under and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice voluntarily established by REALTORS®. Their membership in a local real estate Board or Association obligates them to be fair to the buyer, seller, landlord or tenant and their colleagues in all transactions.

The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) represents more than 98,000 members, and is Canada’s largest single interest trade association. Membership includes residential and commercial REALTORS® who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers and counselors engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry.

CREA provides research and exchange of information among its members, the public and government for the right to own real property.
